Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Market mapping and identification of channels - physical and electronic

  • Channel outreach to achieve listing / placement

  • Building channel relationships to ensure premium product placements, movement of stocks and other success factors

  • Understanding traffic trends, user behavior and buying considerations to drive sales

  • Designing programs for in-channel customer engagement to promote brand and push sales. Innovative and disruptive thinking is key to developing high impact programs

  • Implementation of in-channel customer engagement programs - including branding, promotions, etc.

  • Complete ownership of primary sales & secondary sales targets

  • Institutional sales program creation

  • Rollout of institutional sales programs for corporate buyers

  • Designing and promoting special events (eg. festive gifting)

  • Own the institutional vertical with P&L responsibility

  • Develop relationships with institutions and canteens (CSD/CPC); Drive customer engagement and listing with key accounts through alignment of business plans and joint business planning.

  • Ensure consistent product launch in all available institutional channels and ensure availability of SKUs in all geographies.

  • Drive market development and enhance market share, share of shelf in institutional canteens (CSD/CPC)

Terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with institutional customers

Candidate Profile (Requirement):

We are looking for a candidates to manage our institutional channel based in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and in Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years experience of sales in institutional channels (CSD/CPC) in a similar FMCG category as well as an MBA from a premier business school.
