Job Description

Sr Lead / Lead, SEO - Marketing

  1. Plan, develop and lead SEO strategy for brand and its products

  2. Establish SEO process by coordinating with content creators and developers to optimize content, meta-tags, schema, internal links, etc 

  3. Execute, analyze and report on SEO performance 

  4. Drive content strategy for our products and its blogs

  5. Lead keyword research strategies for optimal on-site performance and ranking, detailed content recommendations, track and evaluate campaign performance analytics, based on KPI targets and baselines, & review rankings data against internal measurements for success

  6. Complete full site audits with extensive knowledge and understanding of SEO, and then turn those audits into plans for success

  7. Deploy optimization efforts to meet SEO campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page and website development revisions based on performance targets and client objective

  8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of organic search trends, SEO management tools and search engine algorithm changes

  9. Communicate & deploy recommendations on structural and technological SEO enhancements

  10. Perform on-page & offpage optimizations and strategy deployment

  11. Collaborate with other leads to optimize search efforts

  12. Identify trends and opportunities to drive higher rankings and search coverage. In addition, conducting consistent & regular audits to evolve and advance SEO tech & content
