- We are looking for a Sales Professional in of Digital Ad Sales/Media Sales, Sales & New Business Development/ Digital Partnerships, online sales. Experience working in a Media Sales organization

Job description:

Identifying potential clients and present the product

Understanding Client's Business Objectives, problem areas, long-medium-short terms business goals, Marketing challenge, sales cycle, Interpret brief from clients and their Media Marketing division

Create complete marketing solution proposal for the brand including rollout plan, budgets, and logistics

Rigorous follow up and on-boarding brands from different verticals

Achieving sales targets through new client acquisition and growing existing client base in the assigned territory.

Proactively look at creating opportunities for revenue generation by analysing competition, evaluating opportunities and market research

Take complete onus of the thorough execution of the project and ensure that the client renews the deal Y-o-Y with Spotlight

Required skill:-

Thorough understanding of digital ad terminologies & ecosystem

Efficient in building a business network through positive interpersonal and collaboration skills

Hands-on experience in new business development and on-boarding brands and agencies

Self-motivated, adaptive and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent Presentation, communication, negotiation and analytical skills

Advanced in MS office capabilities
