- The primary objective of this role is to drive ad sales with the goal of driving significant revenue and establishing brand position among the advertisers.
- Will be responsible for developing and maintaining Agency/Direct Client Relations.
- Incumbent will need to identify, develop, pitch and execute new sales initiatives and also manage the existing business. Should have experience in handling key accounts.
- The candidate is expected to be well connected with direct online advertisers, media agencies.
- Ability to independently implement the sales plan.
- Ensuring a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for ad sales.
- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, ad agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis.
- Mapping each key account and maintaining a relationship at all levels.
- Existing contacts with all the ad agencies and direct brands.
- Existing contacts with direct corporate clients
- Strong understanding of Client and market dynamics and requirements.
- Self-motivated with a zeal to perform. Proven leadership qualities with an ability to drive sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
