Job Description:

1. You will be responsible for Identifying Company HR's, Recruiting Agencies and onboard the same to post the Job updates while managing your existing old client base.
2.Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web.
3.Handling recruitment queries/escalations from the firms and providing immediate solutions on the same.
4.Learn the product and be able to demonstrate to clients.
5.Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
6.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.


Required Skills:

1. MBA in marketing or related field.
2.Strong sense of communication and phone skills.
3.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Should be able to speak decent English and should be able to both read and write regional language ( Tamil,Hindi, Bangla).
5.The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems.
