Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Should have an insight of market & industry trends,competitors and leading customer acquisition strategies.
- Should be in search for new business opportunities, meetings and tie ups with institutions.
- Should be able to generate sales from Modern trade store.
- Should be able to manage National/Regional accounts for Pan India.
- Should make a good trade relationship with outlets by addressing their issues in time
- Stock Management- Stock at norms, no stock out at depot, dealers level.minimize claims/damages, maintain FIFO basis of stock
- Should focus on new brands, packs- Introduction & market/outlet coverage, ensuring availability & visibility
- Should be responsible for brand introduction in Modern trade for Pan India.
- Liaison with supply team for forecasting ,stock planning and dispatches.
- Should be able to handle the modern trade & vending as well as the operators in case of bundled products in the assigned regions.
- Should be a primary contact with the distributor on all operational and strategic issues.
- Should be an effective link between various functions within company with the distributor teams.
- Should conduct Quarterly basis reviews with the top retail outlet and develop business plan.
- Negotiate and finalize new product listing and promotion activities in the outlets.
- Should monitor all trade sales and service level & competitor activities and implement tactical activities to counter the same.
- Should set up new distributors for client servicing.
- Should be able to plan and implement of trade schemes and promotional inputs in Retails and Modern trade.
- Should maintain events calendar of Modern trade and festivals.
